Blue Skies or Turbulence, A Roundtable Discussion of Heads of Schools

This facilitated roundtable discussion was about challenges and solutions related to staffing and teacher training. The attendees shared stories and discussed ideas and solutions that they could use in their schools.
Assistant Teacher Training 2023

This workshop was attended by 33 participants from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Topics such as principles of Montessori education, roles and responsibilities of an assistant, and techniques to develop strong classroom management skills were introduced.
